A Perfect Day, PeaBee writes;

I love it when paper companies do all the work for you and Kaiser Craft have co-ordination down to a fine art these days. I have been eyeing off the Esthers Guestlist range since it came out, but was hesitant to use it as it is full of colours that I wouldn’t normally use. Well when you break it down, it is basically neutrals with a few splashes of yellow and teal. Those are colours that I can work with and found it easy to do once I started.

I cut the end stripes off Abigail and flipped the paper so the cream pattern was facing up and mounted both pieces on brown cardstock. I cut strips of Rosie and used the Fiskars Threading Water Border Punch (one of my all time fav tools) along one edge with the yellow print up. I cut strips of Lucy with the brown side up to mount under the yellow frill and attached both towards the bottom of the page. I cut a big piece of Rachael with the teal side up to use as a mat along with some more of Lucy (brown side up).

I cut large flowers from Lucy to use as embellishments and foam mounted them for some dimension. I placed a brown flower behind one of the flowers and used some of the Esthers Guestlist Epoxy Brads as flower centres.

The heading was using chipboard letters from my stash and for the date I used the Making Memories Heidi White rubons. I am pleased with the end result – a candid look at our wedding (many moons ago) which like the paper used was elegant but a whole lot of fun.
