Joyful Scraps is the idea of LeAnne Payne, who is a dedicated scrapbooker. The idea LeAnne had was to create a business that would stock only the best quality products and sell them to other scrapbookers at the lowest prices possible. That is why Joyful Scraps is an internet site only, by keeping the overheads down we can pass the savings on to you. Joyful Scraps has a commitment to customer service, we value all our customers no matter how big or small the purchase.

At Joyful Scraps we are constantly looking to expand our stock. Why are we doing this? Simple really Joyful Scraps is run by a dedicated scrapbooker who is always looking for new things to try on layouts. I know that I want to be able to get the things I love and then try out new products, so I’m guessing you do too.

You can take as long as you want to look around or quickly go to the product you want. We have made the Joyful Scraps website as easy to use as possible, we know that while you want to see what is new, sometimes its about getting what you want quickly so that you can scrap.

Ordering products from Joyful Scraps….
Every endeavour is made to keep the information on the site accurate and as up to date as possible, however there may be times when a product on the site has sold out before your order has reached us. In this instance we will try to contact you by email to let you know and to let you know if it is available for backordering or if there is an alternative. If not we will refund the difference to you.

Your details ….
Shopping on line can be a worry sometimes, that’s why we promise not to share your information with anyone else.We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We also do not store your credit card details, all credit card transactions are carried out via the secure system of PAYPAL, see below. Our system does not use cookies. Our only purpose for collecting information from you is to ensure that your transactions with us meet your needs and expectations, to give you the best service we possibly can.

How do you pay?
There are currently a variety of payment options available to you.

PayPal. PayPal accounts are free and easy to use, they offer you the customer security and your PayPal account can be used in a variety of places. For more information see PayPal for more information on setting up your free account.

Credit Cards You can use your credit card at the checkout via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this function.

Bank Account You can use money directly from your bank account at the checkout via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this function.

If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit or Cheque or Money order that is not through PayPal, we can now offer you that facility as well.

Direct Deposit. You can deposit straight into our bank account or you can send us a Cheque or Money Order. When you place your order you will see a section that tells you 'Or if you would prefer to place your order via email, click here.' Just click as directed and you will go to a page that allows the order to be emailed directly to Joyful Scraps. When your order is received it will be processed and an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. The invoice will contain the payment details. Please be advised that No goods will be posted until the cheque or money order has cleared our account.

How long before you need to pay...
Because Joyful Scraps tries to keep everything as up to date as possible. Goods ordered will only be held for (3) three days from the time you have ordered. If you have NOT made arrangements to finalise the account by then, the goods will be returned to stock and you will be sent an email informing you of the cancelled order.

Your money ….
We know how hard you work to earn your money so let us help you make your dollar go further. As an internet business we can keep our overheads down which in turn is reflected in our prices and that means direct savings for you.

Knowing what you want to spend your money on ….
We know that you don’t want to be spending your money on postage, after all that doesn’t go on your layouts. So if you spend over $60 then we will post your goods to you without charge. If you don’t want to spend $60 in one go that’s alright too, we will only charge you a flat rate of $5 postage and handling.

Knowing how much you want ...
The team at Joyful Scraps understands that sometimes you only need one or two more things to finish your project, with that in mind we don’t have any minimum requirements. You can purchase as many or as few items you wish. The only requirement that we have is that if your purchase is under $60 then we will need to charge you a $5.00 flat fee for postage and handling.
