Book Character, LeAnne writes;
These two photos were left over from the Harry Potter layout, and I really wanted to use them. I love how grown up he looks with the poses he pulls but at the same time he is still young enough to really enjoy the whole process of dressing up!
Black cardstock was the base, topped with left over scraps of that I used in the Duck layout. The strip of lined paper is another scrap from 'schools 4 fools'.
The photos are true 4 x 6 - no trimming. butted up side by side.
The measurement gaffer tape was a great way to reinforce that he is 11, as well as acting as anchorage for the embellishment.
The embellishments are a collection of clothing tags from Rivers. They really don't have a theme to them, other than they pretend to be something that they are not, and as Sam was pretending too they seemed to fit. The other reason that I used them on this page is that Sam really loves them and that in itself is a good reason.
I finished the page off with the Observations stamp which gave me a place to record the date and make up the third circle on my page!
A few lines of journaling and it was done!
