Ok it was a wet rainy long weekend and so I started to have a look through my stash, there were so many papers that I had loved and not used, like these two from My Minds Eye.
Then my daughter arrived with a tag of a tea bag that said superb, she thought I would like to scrap it, and she was right. I also found the Chatterbox corners and these scraps of ribbon, I think they came off either a soap or a candle....
A sheet of Reed cardstock, some Making memories rub ons and the Boxer glazed brads. Some edges have been inked with the Walnut ink and others left plain. The red matting is actually the solid of the We R Memory Keepers, I had used some of it on another layout so it was in my scrap basket. I put them all together with scraps of Rouge de Garance that also came out of my scrap basket.
I added in some very simple journaling and the My Minds Eye, Brother transparency frame I put the frame on an angle so it mimicked the way the boys were but left the photo straight.
End result, I am very happy with it! it is always good to use up what we have and then there is room to buy more LOL!
