Face, LeAnne writes;
My youngest son Samuel and my grandson Zac share a very special relationship, and it is growing as Zac grows. On this day they were playing around and all of a sudden Zac decided that he really wanted Sams face. He was very determined about it. The photos are not the best but they show the feeling of what was happening. I originally did this layout as a Purple Scraps weekly challenge so it is based on this sketch ...
I used Chocolate cardstock as my base and then cut the Tinkering Ink Prim Petals into a frame, because it is a boy layout I tore the centre of the frame out and then roughed it up a bit. The paper in the centre is Tinkering Ink Sweet Swirls, I love the vibrant colours in this range.
Making the circle was easy I just roughly cut one out of the Tinkering Ink Prim Petals and then added two tiny triangles by outlining it with white pen it made arrows. The journaling was also done in white pen on a scrap of the Tinkering Ink Sweet Swirls.
I used the scraps of the paper and a bit of ribbon as well as the red big brads, love these! To finish it all of I found some brown letter stickers in my stash - old Chatterbox, and finally added fake stitches around the perimeter with brown pen!
A very quick and fun layout :)
