Another great sketch challenge from aussie scrapbooking. I adapted the sketch to fit the embellishments I wanted to use on this page, but the feel and placement are the same.

I went with the three bugs in a rug Happy Bird-Day range - using little birdie as the main block behind the photo, plaid as the strip across the bottom of the layout and flower frame as the frill at the bottom and the block at the top. I mixed together the Die Cut tags and stickers as the blocks and edged everything with a white gel pen.

After it was made up, I went to town and made some birthday cards using the stickers and tags with the leftover paper and two sheets of white cardstock.
