Grammy, LeAnne writes;

I had been told that becoming a Grandmother for the first time would be a powerful emotion. But nothing could prepare me for it, the instant connection I felt to this little baby is amazing.

This photo was taken by Karina Honyi when she was doing a photo of shoot of baby Zac and his new parents. Zac became a bit upset so I took him to settle him, I didn't know she was taking photos of me and for someone who dislikes having her photo taken I love this photo!

I loved the colours in the paper and wanted to use the pattern but when I put the enlargement onto it well the pattern disappeared. So the solution was to cut out the bits of the pattern I wanted with my blade and slip the photo under it!

Because both the and are double sided I simply used the strips that I had cut off (another benefit of doing a eight and a half by eleven is that you can get more out of a twelve by twelve sheet of paper). I used my white pen to do the journaling.

The title is simply made up of the Everlasting Keepsake Charm that I rubbed over with my white ink pad. The word on this charm is 'Grammy' which is what I have elected to be called, it was really cool to find an embellishment that already said it!
