This was a layout that came together quite quickly. The photos and the paper really dictated the placement of the layout. I kept the embellishments to a minimum and let the title "Watch out Harry Potter there is a new wizard in town" become the colour and movement of the page.

This was such a fun photo shoot, done in about 3 minutes just as we were getting into the car. I love that at 11 he still wants to do the mufti days.

I had two photos left over and i have used them in a single page called "book character". Same photo shoots different papers and embellishments for two completely different looks.

The Super Hero collection by Kaiser Craft are the papers i have used on this layout, as they are double sided it gives a lot of scope to the use of the paper. I teamed it with Grey cardstock really into grey at the moment.

The title is made from a combination of letters cut out of the Super Hero collection and making memories rub on letters they go so well together.

To add a bit of punch to the pages I used the Buzz & Bloom, spikey spiders arrows, painted yellow and then given a coat of dimensional magic for shine.

The cream paper is the Super hero comic it is cream on one side and striped on the other. It already has patches of brown in it so I finished it off by inking the edges with walnut stain
