sk8r boy, LeAnne writes;
This was one of the layouts that I managed to get done at our weekend away. The photo is of my middle son Steven, who is now a father himself LOL! So it was obviously time that this photo was scrapped!
I have used the Rouge de Garance papers again, have loved this kit I have really had so much use from it. I teamed it with a Grungeboard arrow - love the grungeboard. I used the big honkin stickers to make the title, these are really good stickers because they have a clear backing they can go over anything, if you have a look at the photos you can see the letter 'b' in boy overlaps the paper, cardstock and even the photo seemlessly.
I made a journal block by tracing around a shape and cutting the paper out and then I tied it all together by inking it with the distress ink - Faded Denim. To highlight some of the designs on the paper I picked out the matching rub ons (from the kit).
The photo was matted with cardstock to give it just a lift.
One cool kid then, Once cool guy now!
