Year six, PeaBee writes;

I always do a back to school page . It is my tradition, the way I get to see how much my girls change and grow each year. This year was a bit different as my oldest was going into year 6 and was starting back a day earlier than her sister. Year 6 carries some responsibilities, so I wanted to show the two sides of being a senior primary student. .... Growing up but still a kid.

I used black cardstock as my background and for some fun used the blue mini scalloped bazzill on top. The Karen Foster school paper had all the right words (and colours) for adding some fun to the page.

The K&Co School Rules paper made a perfect journaling block. I set up a text box in Word on my computer that was the same size that I wanted to fill on the page & using a typewriter font made the list....please note goofy grin & year 6 attitude were packed along with the lunchbox.

To finish off the page I used the Crafters Workshop template and a black writer for some swirls which happen to match the doodles on the Karen Foster paper.

I also used the Heidi Swapp black letters for the heading and doodled the date in white gel pen on the black and coloured in with pencils.
